Warwick’s Chef School in Hermanus has been training young chefs for the last 30 years, giving hundreds of students the first step into successful careers in the culinary world. We believe in a ‘hands-on’ approach, and embracing future food trends while making our students confident and competent in the fundamentals of the classical culinary principals.

Warwick’s offer a one year full time internationally accredited diploma programme, as well as a nine month part time certificate programme.
